Return Window
You may return or exchange items within 30 days of receipt. To be eligible, the dress must be unworn, in its original condition, with all tags attached and original packaging intact.
Return Process
Please contact our customer service with your order number to initiate a return. Once approved, ship the item back using a trackable method. We will inspect the returned dress upon receipt.
Refunds
Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days after inspection. Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Exceptions
Items that have been worn, altered, or show signs of use, as well as clearance or final sale items, are not eligible for return.
